Jstar Limited WarrantyLIMITED WARRANTY, LIMITED REMEDY IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ ALL THE CONTENTS OF THIS FORMThe JStar product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of JSar, it’s distributors, or retailers. The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the person for whom originally purchased or to the person for whom originally purchased for. JStar, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, will, at manufacturer’s option, repair or replace at no charge any JStar wakeboard which breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship; and, at manufacture’s option, will replace at one-half (1/2) the current retail price or repair at cost, for the remainder of the original owner’s life. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification, is excluded…as is normal wear, such as handle dings, etc. Use of board on sliders is not considered normal use and immediately voids this warranty. For a period of one year from date of purchase, the neoprene and neoprene sponge used in the construction of JStar Bindings is warranted to be free of defects in material’s and workmanship. The warranty does not extend to the tearing out of finger holes, nor does it extend to normal wear and tear or abrasion of the neoprene sponge, or damage due to improper handling, maintenance, modification, use or storage. NOTE: Warranties can only be handled in the country from which the board is purchased. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Under no circumstances should the bottom be waxed, painted or altered. Clean only with soap and water – rinse thoroughly. STORAGE Bright colors will fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure. THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. To protect your wakeboard from ultraviolet rays of sunlight, store your JStar wakeboard in a board bag when not in use. Please contact us at any time with questions regarding any of our products. LIMITATION OF REMEDY During the warranty period, JStar will at its option either repair or replace defective wakeboards. To obtain repair or replacement, call JStar customer service for a return authorization number. Then attach your name, address, phone number description of problem and proof of purchase (for example, a sales receipt or cancelled check) of the product. At your expense, ship or deliver the product to the JStar Wakeboards, Inc. factory at 218 Main St. Suite 720 Kirkland, WA 98033 Replaced or repaired wakeboards or wakeboard bindings will be returned to you at no charge. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. WARRANTY WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS REGISTERED BY COMPLETING THE FORM WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE. |
