Vanity Breakdown

Back for 2010 with even more of a twist from Jack, is one of the most popular rides ever and it’s easy to see why. The Vanity follows the lines of our most popular shape ever the Conformity. Now with 20% MORE features like a thinner profile to keep off the weight and a new varied layup change to enhance performance. The Vanity kills and so will you when riding it due to its responsive and friendly shape for riders of all levels, whether you’re a pro or novice you will feel like a pro on this ride.

A well balanced yet stable ride due to a longer based molded-in fin design with tremendous hold along with a banked step rail help make for a more loose rail-like, edgy feel.  A tight riding feel edge to edge with a clean release up the wake. Add this along with a progressive continuous rocker line and you get a board with the smoothest of transitions into the wake with an incredible pop. The Vanity is sure to improve riding ability with its strong tracking, consistent pop off the wake, and quick transitions edge to edge. This shape has been the building block of more podium riders than any other shape in the market today. No matter who, riders of all levels are sure to love the balanced responsive feel of the easy to ride Vanity. All with the J. Blodgett seal of approval.

Vanity Key Features

  • Thinner Profile – less swing weight, sits higher in the water for added speed.
  • Four .5/.6/.7” Deep Molded In Fins – help improve the boards traction in the water and provide stability when landing.
  • Flow Base – this base material not only flows better over the water, but is also much more durable than other bases currently on the market.
  • 2.6/2.7/2.8” Aggressive Continuous Rocker – a quick smooth transition into the wake every time with an explosive kick, all you can hope for in a board.
  • Banked Step Rail – Allows the board to sit a bit deeper into the water while on edge without increasing drag while approaching the wake.
  • Two PC Fins – react quickly and provide a better overall edge hold.
  • Difference in rocker/fin reflects variance in sizing.
